Project Description
This project aims to elevate the user experience of a financial technology (FinTech) mobile application by employing a user-centered design (UCD) approach. User interaction design plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall usability and satisfaction of a mobile app, particularly in the context of financial transactions where clarity, efficiency, and security are paramount

Solution Design

Solution Design

This high-fidelity prototype was designed by doing benchmark studies on 3 (three) of Indonesia's most used digital payment fintech apps per 2018; GoPay, OVO, and LinkAja (known then as TCASH)

New Proposed Feature

In this project, I also proposed a new feature called budget control.

Budget Control feature let users see the recap of the user expenses in the month. If the user wants to set their monthly budget, the application will ask the user to fill the overall monthly budget they want. After that, the user is asked to choose the categories they want to allocate their budgets to. After the budget is set, the app will display a diagram that shows percentage comparison of user expenses and the budget that has been set.
